Colledge Architects secured listed building consent and prepared technical information for refurbishment works to a Grade II* listed mid-century modern house.

The project involved a comprehensive condition survey, coordination with specialist contractors, and preparation of a detailed listed building consent application supported by a Heritage Statement.

The approved works included the repair and replacement of external joinery and flat roofing, internal alterations to joinery and bathrooms, and upgrades to building services, including glazing and heating systems.
